I played a key role in structuring the company’s equity and governance framework, addressing compliance and regulatory requirements while creating a scalable roadmap for operational expansion. I also supported marketing and public relations planning, contributed to UX/UI design, and helped scout Venture Capital opportunities, including crafting an investor-focused pitch deck.

Founded and led a global, remote NFT-minting start-up on the Solana Blockchain, creating unique digital art and empowering underappreciated graphic designers. Led a team of 15+ employees to produce over 100 original digital sketches inspired by fictional universes, transformed into Profile Pictures (PFPs) for use in the Metaverse.

Developed a dynamic revenue and compensation model, supervised vector-art design in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and directed marketing research aligned with evolving social media algorithms.
